Most recent Social Seurity Benefit Letter and copy of original award letter
Three (3) recent, consecutive pay stubs to cover a 20 day period
Two (2) years 1099 forms
Two (2) years personal tax returns including all schedules
Two (2) corporate tax returns including all schedules
Current business or corporate P & L and Balance Sheet
Two (2) years K-1's
Two (2) verification twelve (12) monts mortgage/rent payments
Three (3) recent consecutive bank statements on all bank accounts
Three (3) recent consecutive IRA/401k statements/mutual fund/stock broker statement
Copy of Divorce Decree (marital settlement & final recorded copy)
Bankruptcy FILING AND DISCHARGE papers and letter explaining reason for bankruptcy.
Original VA Certificate of Eligibility and copy of DD214 or statement of service, if active.
Gift letter, copy of canceled check, copy of deposti slip showing proof of deposit. If gift paid by cashiers check or money order, bank statement showing funds available in donor account.
Purchase Agreement, FULLY executed (ask me, your Realtor)
Copy of closing statment or settlement statement or HUD 1
Copy of Note, Mortgage or Real Estate Contract, Title policy and Hazard insurance policy
