What is Realty Watcher?

Realty watcher is a FREE service I provide that sends properties you want, to a webpage personally dedicated to you! You will be notified via email, any time a new property that matches your search requirements becomes available on the market. This is done on a daily basis so you know of new homes the moment I do!

Fill out the information on the form page to let me know the area's you like, the price ranges you want and any other specifics you require. Once signed up, you'll be able to simply click and get additional details, see more pictures, view a map of the locations, and even add comments. "Save" the ones you like and put the ones you don't into a "rejected" tab.

I can gather the detailed information from the ones you've saved and take you out to view them personally! If you see something you like, call me right away so we act quickly.

Newly Matched Searches Tab

When home's that fit your requirement are placed for sale, they will be instantly sent to you on a daily basis! They will show up on the RED Newly matched tab.

Saved Tab

When you find homes that you like, place them in your GREEN "saved" tab keeping them organized. Now that you have narrowed down homes you like, we can go out and look at them. Just let me know when your ready!

Rejected Tab

If after seeing homes in the "Newly Matched" tab, you find yourself not liking the home, place it in the PURPLE "rejected" tab. You can always go back to this tab and move homes to the "saved" tab if you you have a change of heart!

How to get Started

To begin, click on the Realty Watcher link here or on the left hand column of any of the pages on this website www.505life.com. Then fill out the form completely and hit submit. I'll email or call you letting you know I've received your inquiry and have you set you up in no time!! Soon you'll be on your way to getting the results you want!
